How it works: our document pipeline.

Here's exactly what happens after you upload a document. Transparency is how we earn the trust that a black-box AI tool never can.

Compliance-aware generation

Surface in product

Upload from SharePoint, OneDrive, or direct drop. Supported: PDFs, DOCX, XLSX, and regulatory feeds. Everything enters an EU-hosted pipeline.

Different document types get different treatment. Specs get section-aware chunking and regulations get reference-aware parsing — not one-size-fits-all.

Named-entity recognition for construction terminology, EN/ISO standard references, Estonian codes, defect categories, and material types. This is the construction knowledge layer.

Vector index plus structured metadata — stored in EU data centres. GDPR-compliant. Your data does not leave the EU at any stage.

When you ask a question, retrieval pulls from relevant documents with full source tracking. Every answer links back to a specific page in a specific file.

Answers are generated with awareness of which standards and regulations apply — flagging potential issues, not just answering neutrally.

Chat interface, defect report generation, floor plan viewer. The same pipeline powers all features, so extending it is fast.

Real questions we get on sales calls.

If yours isn't here, book a meeting and ask.

How is this different from ChatGPT Enterprise or NotebookLM?
Three things. First, your data stays in the EU — ChatGPT and NotebookLM both process in the US. Second, the system understands construction: EN/ISO standards, Estonian building codes, defect acknowledgment flows. A generic tool doesn't. Third, every answer cites the exact source page, not a probabilistic summary. You can defend it in an audit.
Who owns the data I upload?
In EU data centres — Cloudflare's EU network. Nobody from the platform accesses your documents without your knowledge. There is no manual review of uploads. You can export or delete everything at any time.
What happens if I lose signal on site?
The capture flow works offline. Photos, voice notes, and locations queue on the phone. When signal comes back, reports send and the queue clears. You see exactly what's pending, so nothing gets lost on a staircase with no bars.
What file formats work, and what are the size limits?
PDFs, DOCX, XLSX, and linked SharePoint or OneDrive folders. Individual files up to 50 MB. Folder sync brings in what's already there. If a format is missing, ask — we add what customers actually need.
Do subcontractors need to pay for an account?
No. Subcontractors receive a defect via a link and can respond, mark as fixed, or attach a photo without an account. Only the contracting company running the project pays.
Does this work with SharePoint or our existing file storage?
Yes. You can connect a Microsoft account and browse SharePoint and OneDrive folders directly from the app. No migration, no duplicate uploads — files stay where they are.
Does the app work in Estonian and Russian?
The interface is available in Estonian, Russian, and English. Defect reports generate in the language you write them in. On a multilingual site, you can send one subcontractor a report in Estonian and another in Russian without re-entering anything.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, monthly. If you cancel, you keep read-only access to your data for 30 days and can export everything as PDF and Excel.
