1.1. BuildFind OÜ, registration code 16804249, located in Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "our", or "us") provides an intelligent platform for automating routine tasks in construction projects using AI algorithms and data analysis ("Platform").
1.2. The Platform is intended for professional use by companies engaged in design, construction, and technical supervision. Use is governed by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
1.3. BuildFind helps automate the analysis of construction tables, volume calculations, project documentation analysis, and the search for standards and regulations. The results provided by the Platform do not replace professional engineering or legal advice.
2.1. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Platform solely for work purposes related to construction projects, in compliance with these Terms.
2.2. The User agrees to use the Platform legally and not to infringe on the rights of third parties, including copyrights, privacy, and data protection.

2.4. BuildFind does not guarantee accuracy of results if errors exist in the source data. Final responsibility for verification rests with the User.
2.5. BuildFind reserves the right to limit or terminate access to the Platform upon violation of the Terms.
3.1. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login and password. BuildFind is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access.
3.2. Changes or recovery of access are possible only via the email provided at registration.
4.1. All rights to the Platform, its components, code, interfaces, algorithms, and methods belong to BuildFind OÜ or its licensors.
4.2. The User receives no rights to the software except the usage rights granted under these Terms.
5.1. The User agrees to comply with personal data protection laws. Uploaded documents and tables must be obtained lawfully.
5.2. BuildFind has the right to use uploaded data and tables for processing, analysis, generating summaries, and calculations. BuildFind does not retain personal data longer than necessary.
5.3. The User acknowledges that data may be transmitted to third-party service providers, including AI services and cloud computing platforms, for processing and analysis. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and data protection standards.
5.4. Anonymized or aggregated data may be used to improve algorithms and analytics.
6.1. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
6.2. BuildFind is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Platform, including calculation errors, outages, or service unavailability.
7.1. BuildFind is not responsible for:

8.1. The User agrees to indemnify BuildFind for any losses related to violations of the Terms or laws.
9.1. BuildFind reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. The current version is always available on the website.
9.2. Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
10.2. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Harju County Court in Tallinn unless otherwise agreed.
